Job Description:

  • Perform complex data analysis using statistical techniques, data mining, and visualization tools to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure and track business performance.
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations and strategic insights for business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Work closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their analytical needs and provide insights that drive informed decision-making.
  • Communicate complex analytical concepts and findings in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor on data-driven initiatives.

Strategic Reporting (60%)

  • Overseeing daily, weekly, and monthly regular revenue reports
  • Generating reports on customers behavior, revenue and product trends 
  • Understanding business transformation and importance to future pricing
  • Work closely with user departments to understand their requirements (new/ ad-hoc) reporting requirements.
  • Supporting business intelligence responsibility and supporting all marketing verticals for reporting, performance tracking
  • Business Reporting across all Commercial KPIs
  • Daily , Weekly, and Monthly market analysis/reporting that highlights customer behavior
  • Initiate, coordinate and complete performance tracking of budgets and forecast vs actuals for overall commercial business KPIs and products.
  • Accurately calculate and manage overall Market Share KPIs; Customer, Revenue, Traffic, Profitability, Competitive, and Global

Product & Promotion – in depth analysis (40%)

  • Utilize data analytics techniques to evaluate product performance, including sales trends, customer preferences, and profitability.
  • Identify key product metrics and develop analytical models to measure and track product success.
  • Conduct market segmentation and customer segmentation analysis to understand target markets and optimize product offerings.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and initiatives by analyzing data on sales, customer behavior, and campaign performance.
  • Measure the return on investment (ROI) of promotional activities and provide insights to optimize marketing spend.
  • Develop visually appealing and informative dashboards and reports to present product and promotion analysis findings to stakeholders.
  • Create interactive visualizations using data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to effectively communicate insights and facilitate data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and provide relevant and actionable information.
 

Job Requirements:

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION

 

Bachelor's degree in business analytics, computer science, or related field.

Master's Degree may be preferred.

EXPERINCES SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in business analytics, computer science, or related field.
  • Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a similar role, with a focus on data analysis, business intelligence, or data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and statistical analysis software.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, data mining techniques, and predictive modeling.
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Strong project management abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and deliver results within tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.
