Job summary

We are looking for a passionate travel and Sales Consultant who should be familiar with different GDSs, Sabren, Galileo and Airline portals and easy-learner or adaptive to new environment. She will manage travel requirements with corporate clients, made for business or holiday and she have to provide tourism related services and packages. The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal for future services. As a sales consultant he will be required to maintain the corporate clients of the company. the applicants are required to provide service 24/7.

Duties and responsibility

• Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations

• Provide relevant information, brochures and publications to travelers

• Book transportation, make hotel reservations and collect payment/fees

•  Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages

• Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds

• Coordinate with finance for problem on tickets

• Keeping clients up to date with any changes on flight schedules, tickets prices and airline procedures

• Prepare daily sales report for the line manager.

On time reporting to manager.

• Meet profit and sales targets

1. With good communication skills in English and local languages both written and verbal.

2. Familiarity with online booking portals.

3. Pleasing personality and can work well with multi-cultural staff and clients.

4. Possesses leadership ability, dependable, honest, and hardworking who can work well under pressure with least supervision.

5. Must pass both the written examination and panel interview.
