The Geneva Mutual Accountability Framework (GMAF) has been the latest in a series of mutual accountability frameworks between the Government of Afghanistan and the international community, intended to guide development cooperation and reform efforts in Afghanistan. ACBAR commissioned a monitoring research to assess progress in attaining its short-term deliverables.
