Objective of the Assignment The objective of this assignment is to engage four qualified Master Trainers who will, after receiving advanced training, deliver standardized, practical, and context-specific disaster preparedness training to ANDMA-supported volunteer groups, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and strengthening local response capacities.
