Job Summary

The Business Operations Intern will support different operational teams in research, opportunity assessment, document review, supplier communication, quotation collection, data entry, proposal preparation, compliance checking, and general administrative activities. The selected candidates will receive one month of practical training and will be evaluated for permanent employment based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct online research and collect accurate business and product information.
  • Review requirements, specifications, documents, and assigned opportunities.
  • Identify suitable suppliers, manufacturers, and service providers.
  • Request, follow up on, and compare quotations, pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
  • Enter and maintain accurate information in company systems and databases.
  • Assist in preparing, organizing, compiling, and reviewing business documents and proposals.
  • Check documents for completeness, accuracy, compliance, and formatting.
  • Communicate professionally with suppliers, customers, and international teams.
  • Manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.
  • Maintain proper electronic records and document-control procedures.
  • Support all related operational teams based on workload and management instructions.
  • Demonstrate effective time management and task prioritization.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Commerce, Management, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, or another related field.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply, provided they possess strong computer, research, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong online research, document management, price-analysis, and data-entry skills.
  • Fluent English communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work during the night shift and manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
