Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

AKHS, A is currently implementing healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kabul and Takhar provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. As BPHS and EPHS implementer, AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwives.

AKHS, A draws on internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary support to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A has introduced innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is also implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission initiatives.

Job Summary

سولیت های عمده:

ü     برخورد و سلوک مناسب با پرسونل کلینیک ومراجعین، احترام به کلتور وعنعنات مردم و مطابعت از آن

ü     اجرا و تطبیق پروگرام­های جدید انکشافی

ü     پا بند بودن به وظیفه و رعایت قوانین وضع شده

ü     سهم گیری در ترنینگ­ها و انتقال دانش آموخته شده به سایر کارمندان مرکز صحی مطابق به پلان ترنینگ داخلی مرکز صحی

ü     مسوول عرضه تعلیمات و تبلیغات صحی براى مراجعين.

ü     تأمین قوانین اساسى نرسنگ در ارتباط به وقایه از انتان ومراقبت از مریضان  در کلینیک

ü     تطبيق و ارزيابى رشد و نمو  Growth monitoring ))، راجستر دقیق و تعقیب واقعات سؤ تغذی نزد تمام اطفال پایینتر از پنج سال

ü     تطبیق درست پروگرام IMCI و نظارت از بخش ORT corner

ü     نظارت از فعالیت­های کارگران در حفظ الصحه کلینیک

ü     مراقبت مریضان داخل بستر

ü     اشتراک در فعالیت­های جامعه

ü     نظارت از تهیه واستفاده محلول کلورین در مرکز صحی و رعایت دقیق ستندردهای وقایه از انتان .

ü     واقعه یابی، جمع آوری نمونه بلغم مریضان مشکوک، راجسترت، تعقیب و تداوی مریضان توبرکلوز مطابق به رژیم  DOTs و راپور دهی ماهانه و ربع وار مریضان توبرکلوز.

ü     اداره و راپوردهی منظم و به موقع از ادویه ضد توبرکلوز.

ü     تنظیم توزیع مواد غذائی کمکی  برای مریضان توبرکلوز و راپور دهی منظم و به وقت آن به دفتر 

ü     جدا سازی ادویه TB در داخل یک کیت بکس برای هرمریض و Update ساختن ستاک کارد آن

ü     اجرای وظایف سپرده شده در ساحه کاری  از طرف آمر کلینیک

ü     مسوول اداره، همآهنگی، راپور دهی به موقع از حوادث غیر مترقبه و پاسخ اضطراری به آن

ü     نگهداری و مراقبت به موقع از کیت عاجل و امبولانس مرکز صحی

ü     سهم گیری فعال در تطبیق ستندردهای جدید بهبود کیفیت

ü     و مسوولیت­های دیگر که از طرف سوپروایزر مرکز صحی تعیین خواهد گردید.

Job Requirements

تحصیلات:

ü     فارغ از رشته نرسینگ از یکی از انستیتیوت های دولتی یا خصوصی،

مهارت:

ü     آشنایی کامل به زبان های محلی

ü     آشنایی با زبان انگلیسی و پروگرام های کامپیوتری

ü     مهارت هماهنگی و کار گروپی،
