Concern Worldwide is a non-governmental, international, humanitarian organization dedicated to the reduction of suffering and working towards the ultimate elimination of extreme poverty in the world’s poorest countries. Currently, Concern has been working in Afghanistan since 1998, when it responded to an earthquake disaster in Takhar province. Currently Concern has been working in Takhar and Badakhshan provinces undertaking both emergency response and long term developmental work in the areas of livelihood security, primary education and Water, Sanitation and Hygiene. 

Job Summary

Main Duites & Responsibilities   وظایف و مسولیت های اساسی

·       Conduct household visits, nutrition counselling and community awareness sessions.

·       انجام بازدیدهای خانوادگی ، ارائه مشاوره تغذیه ‌ای و برگزاری جلسات آگاهی‌دهی در سطح جامعه

·       Promote IYCF, maternal nutrition, dietary diversity and locally available nutritious foods.

·       ترویج تغذیه نوزاد و کودک خردسال (IYCF)، تغذیه مادران، تنوع غذایی و استفاده از غذاهای مغذی موجود در محل.

·       Support behaviour changes communication activities.

·       حمایت از فعالیت‌های ارتباطی جهت تغییر و بهبود رفتارهای صحی و تغذیه‌ای

·       Conduct MUAC screening for PBWs and children under five.

·       انجام سکریننگ (MUAC) برای زنان باردار و شیرده و کودکان زیر پنج سال.

·       Identify, refer and follow up malnutrition cases.

·       شناسایی، راجع‌سازی و پیگیری موارد سوءتغذیه.

·       Maintain referral records.

·       حفظ و نگهداری سوابق راجع‌ سازی یا ریفر

·       Support household mapping and vulnerability assessments.

·       حمایت نقشه برداری خانوادگی و ارزیابی های آسیب بزیری در سطح قریه جات

·       Assist beneficiary registration and verification.

·       همکاری در بخش ثبت راجستر مستفدین برنامه تغذی

·       Ensure transparent and accountable targeting.

·       تامین شفافیت و پاسخگویی در روند انتخاب مستفدین

·       Maintain activity records and submit reports.

·       حفظ سوابق فعالیت ها و گزارش دهی آن به مسول مربوطه

·       Coordinate with FHH staff, CHWs, FHAGs, Community Health Shuras and the MEAL team.

·       همآهنگی با کارمندان FHH، کارکنان صحی جامعه (CHWs)، گروه‌های اقدام صحی خانواده (FHAGs)، شوراهای صحی جامعه و تیم MEAL.

·       Participate in supervision, monitoring and review meetings.

·       اشتراک در جلسات نظارت، مونیتورینگ و بازنگری فعالیت‌ها

CHS & Emergency:

·       Concern is committed to CHS to ensure downward accountability. Concern activities are guided by CHS standards in all stages both emergency and development projects /programs. In Afghanistan we also bounded our activities by Accountability framework and therefore any Afghanistan employees are responsible to comply with CHS principles and benchmarks as instructed by its policies and therefore make sure that you accept and implement CHS standards in all your activities.

·       To give your full support in relation to emergencies when occurring in any area that Concern Afghanistan will respond.

 

Job Requirements

Education and qualification

ü  Secondary education or training certificate with minimum 12 Class Graduation

ü     سند تحصیلی متوسطه یا سند آموزشی با حداقل فراغت از صنف دوازدهم

ü  Nursing, Outreach Woker Preferable.

ü     داشتن تحصیلات یا تجربه در بخش نرسنگی و کارهای ساحوی (Outreach) ترجیح داده می‌شود.

ü  Proficiency in local language

ü     تسلط به زبان‌های محلی

ü     Experience:

ü  At least two years' experience in community nutrition or humanitarian programmes.

ü     حداقل دو سال تجربه کاری در بخش تغذیه جامعه‌محور یا برنامه‌های بشردوستانه.

ü  Experience in community mobilization or nutrition counselling.

ü     داشتن تجربه در بسیج و آگاهی‌دهی جامعه یا مشاوره تغذیه‌ای.

ü  Experience with cash assistance or Cash Plus programmes is an advantage.

ü     داشتن تجربه در برنامه‌های کمک نقدی یا برنامه‌های «کمک نقدی پلاس (Cash Plus)» یک امتیاز محسوب می‌شود.

ü  Should be from the same communities or surrounding communities of the target districts 

باید از باشندگان همان جوامع یا جوامع اطراف ولسوالی‌های هدف باشد
