Design-built Construction of Solar-Powered Cold Storage System in Karukh District, Herat Province

Green Social Research Organization (GSRO), a national NGO registered in Afghanistan, invites qualified bidders (preferably cold storage manufacturer and supplier companies) to submit sealed bids for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, training, and handover of one solar-powered cold storage facility under the NAVID Project in Karukh District, Herat.

The successful contractor shall carry out the design verification, supply, construction, installation, testing, commissioning, training, and handover of one (1) solar-powered cold storage facility. The assignment must be executed in accordance with the BoQ, the drawings, and other documents presented in the Appendices section.
