Concern Worldwide – Afghanistan intends to hire the services of a Hawala dealer/ Money Service Provider (MSP) to provide Funds to Concern Bank Accounts in Kabul, & Takhar provinces, (either in cash or by lodgment to Concern Bank Account in Kabul/Takhar), Concern will pay the provider for the funds delivered plus a service fee. Interested MSPs are highly encouraged to participate in this procurement opportunity and submit their offers as per the instruction provided in this RFQ.

The deadline for submission of offers as per instruction provided in the RFQ is on Sunday 14 June 2026 at 05:00pm.

(Concern retains the right to accept or reject any offer/proposal prior to the award of the contract and to annul the bidding process and reject all offers at any time.)

موسسه کنسرن جهانی/افغانستان تصمیم دارد تا قرارداد خدمات انتقال پول را به حساب بانکی خویش ولایات کابل و تخار (یا بشکل پول نقد و یا از طریق حساب بانکی کنسرن) با صرافان و فراهم کنندگان خدمات پولی، عقد نماید. کنسرن پول قراردادی را همراه با کمیشن خدماتی باز پرداخت می نماید.

ضرب الاجل تسلیمی آفرها طبق رهنمود سند درخواست نرخ گیری به روز یکشنبه مؤرخ ۱۴ماه جون ۲۰۲۶ ساعت ۵:۰۰ عصر برابر با ۲۴ماه جوزا ۱۴۰۵ می بشاد.

(کنسرن حق پذیرش و یا رد هر آفر/پیشنهاد را قبل از اعطای قرارداد برای خود محفوظ داشته و میتواند پروسه داوطلبی را لغو و تمام آفر ها را هرزمانی مناسب بداند، رد نماید.
