Construction of School 6 class building & BHC Expansion in Ali Chopan area, PD#10, Mazar-i-Sharif

Greetings!

International Organization for Migration in MZR invites interested eligible local Construction companies/suppliers to submit quotation for Construction of 6 Classroom School Building & BHC clinic building Expansion in Ali Chopan area, PD#10, Mazar-i-Sharif, Balkh province, Afghanistan: in accordance with the attached issued RFQ, BOQ, technical specification, Drawing and Annexes attached.

Deadline of quote submission: The deadline for submission of electronic bids through WAVE is on June 25, 2026, on or before 05:00 PM. Late submission of quotations will not be accepted.

Bid submission address: The vendor must submit their quotation online via WAVE system (E-Tendering). To receive the Request for Quotation (RFQ) and submit their response accordingly, the vendor is required to register their company in the IOM/WAVE system to be able to participate in this bidding.

Important Notes to Suppliers:

Site visit is mandatory: All companies are required to conduct a mandatory site visit to fully understand the project scope, site conditions, access requirements, existing infrastructure, and any technical or logistical constraints prior to submitting their quotation. thus, the site visit is planned to be conducted on Jun 17, 2026, 10:00AM MZR local time

The Quotation Currency Should be in AFN.

Only local companies are eligible for this bidding

Quotation validity period should be 120 Calander days after quotation deadline.

Partial quote: not permitted.

Clarifications: Requests for clarification from bidders will not be accepted any later than 21-June-2026 at 04:30pm.

Evaluation method: The contract will be awarded to substantially technically compliance offeror and full compliance with all requirements as specified in Annex 1&2 and technical criteria.

Delivery Time: Bidder shall deliver the works upon the contract/construction agreement award and in coordination with the INFRA working plan and will be shared after contract award, please confirm the delivery lead time in your quotation documents or you can advise your own delivery lead time in your quotation document.

Delivery Location: Ali Chopan, PD#10, Mazar-i-Sharif, Balkh province, Afghanistan

Please note filling, signing and stamping and sending in un-editable template the following attached Annex's along with other required documents mentioned in the RFQ in mandatory

Payment terms: The payment will be done in two installments, after completion of 50% works the first installment will be released. after work completion of 100% the second installment 40% payment will be released. the 10% retention from the total contract amount will be kept as project warranty for one year

Payment method: bank transfer only

Taxation: All prices should be exclusive of VAT and other indirect TAXES.
