• Deliver vocational training according to the approved curriculum and schedule.

• Create a safe, inclusive, and participatory learning environment, adapting training methods to meet different learning needs.
• Monitor trainee attendance, participation, and progress, and provide additional support to trainees facing learning challenges.
• Manage and maintain training tools, equipment, and materials to ensure their proper use and safety.
• Assess trainee performance through practical exercises and evaluations, and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
• Maintain accurate training records, including attendance, assessments, and progress reports.
• Prepare regular reports on training achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
• Mentor trainees on workplace behavior, customer relations, self-employment, and livelihood opportunities to support their successful transition into employment or business activities.
