Job Summary

  • Coordinate and manage procurement processes for goods, services, works, and consultancy contracts in accordance with approved procurement plans, donor requirements, and organizational policies.
  • Prepare procurement documentation including RFQs, tender documents, bid analysis reports, purchase orders, contracts, supplier evaluations, and procurement trackers.
  • Conduct market assessments, supplier mapping, price analysis, and vendor verification processes.
  • Coordinate procurement committee meetings and ensure procurement files are complete and audit-ready.
  • Monitor procurement timelines, delivery schedules, contract implementation, and supplier performance.
  • Provide technical support to project teams in procurement planning, specification development, and procurement compliance.
  • Coordinate closely with finance, logistics, warehouse, and program teams to ensure timely delivery of project requirements.
  • Support framework agreements, long-term agreements, and emergency procurement procedures where required.
  • Ensure compliance with safeguarding, anti-fraud, and conflict-of-interest procedures throughout procurement processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of procurement or supply chain experience.
  • Strong understanding of donor procurement rules and tendering procedures.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement tracking and documentation systems.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
