Job Summary

  • Manage logistics and supply chain operations including transportation coordination, fleet scheduling, dispatch planning, shipment tracking, delivery monitoring, warehouse coordination, and supply movement across field locations.
  • Coordinate transportation of project supplies, assets, relief commodities, equipment, and procurement items in a safe and timely manner.
  • Monitor stock movement, dispatch records, fuel tracking, vehicle utilization, and logistics documentation. 
  • Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, finance, and program teams to ensure uninterrupted supply chain operations.
  • Maintain transport schedules, delivery notes, waybills, vehicle logs, and dispatch records.
  • Monitor logistics risks, delays, losses, or damages and report operational issues promptly.
  • Support emergency response logistics operations including rapid deployment and humanitarian distributions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, safeguarding, inventory management, and donor logistics standards.
  • Assist with fleet maintenance planning, route coordination, and vendor management for transport services.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of logistics or supply chain experience.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and documentation skills.
  • Knowledge of warehouse and transport management systems.
  • Ability to work in emergency and field environments.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
