Job Summary

  • Coordinate preparation, submission, follow-up, and management of MoUs, government approvals, official reports, project documentation, registration requirements, and administrative correspondence related to organizational projects and operations.
  • Maintain regular communication with ministries, local authorities, departments, and regulatory bodies regarding project approvals, reporting obligations, and operational coordination.
  • Draft official letters, reports, meeting minutes, MoUs, and coordination documents in English, Dari, and Pashto.
  • Track submission deadlines, approval timelines, and compliance requirements for projects and operational activities.
  • Coordinate with program, operations, finance, procurement, HR, and compliance teams to collect required information and documentation for submissions.
  • Maintain organized records of approvals, MoUs, correspondence, and government communications.
  • Support organization of coordination meetings, consultations, field visits, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and compliance with organizational and governmental procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, International Relations, Law, Development Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in government liaison, coordination, administration, or program support.
  • Strong drafting, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of NGO-government coordination systems in Afghanistan.
  • English excellent, Dari and Pashtu fluent
