Unreal Engine Developer / 3D Architectural Visualization Specialist

As we continue to develop and market modern residential and commercial projects, we are looking for a talented and creative Unreal Engine Developer / 3D Architectural Visualization Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will play an important role in transforming architectural concepts, CAD drawings, floor plans, and 3D models into high-quality, photorealistic, interactive, and immersive experiences that allow clients to visualize properties before construction is completed.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Unreal Engine Developer / 3D Visualization Specialist with strong experience in Unreal Engine 5, architectural visualization, 3D modeling, materials, lighting, and interactive environments.

The ideal candidate should have both creative visualization skills and technical Unreal Engine knowledge. You will work closely with architects, engineers, interior designers, project managers, and the marketing team to develop realistic property presentations, interactive walkthroughs, virtual tours, animations, and VR experiences.

This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about architecture, 3D visualization, real-time rendering, gaming technology, and immersive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architectural Visualization

• Transform architectural drawings, floor plans, CAD files, Revit models, SketchUp models, and 3D assets into high-quality visual environments.
• Develop realistic residential, commercial, and mixed-use architectural environments in Unreal Engine.
• Create photorealistic interior and exterior visualizations.

  • Produce high-quality still renders and architectural animations.
  • Create camera sequences and cinematic presentations.
  • Produce short promotional videos and walkthrough animations for real estate marketing.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to create visual content for social media, websites, exhibitions, and sales campaigns.

  7. Collaboration

  • Work closely with architects, civil engineers, interior designers, project managers, and marketing personnel.
  • Understand project requirements and convert design concepts into accurate 3D environments.
  • Review architectural drawings and identify design details that need to be represented visually.
  • Make revisions based on feedback from management and design teams.
  • Maintain consistency between architectural drawings, 3D models, and final visualizations.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in one of the following fields is preferred:

• Demonstrated professional experience with Unreal Engine, preferably Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong knowledge of architectural visualization and real-time rendering.

• Good understanding of:
