Established in 2012 by Prof. Badshahzar Abdali, Ahmad Shah Abdali University commenced its academic journey with a single Faculty of Curative Medicine. Education, Experience, and Skills:

First: Educational Qualifications
A) At least a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
B) Preference will be given to candidates holding Master’s or PhD degrees
C) Must meet the eligibility criteria for academic staff membership
D) The candidate must be a graduate of a public university or a private university with full academic accreditation

Second: Required Experience
A) At least one year of teaching experience

Third: Skills
A) Possession of effective teaching skills
B) Ability to write textbooks and supplementary teaching materials
C) Ability to guide and develop scientific research
D) Possession of management skills
E) Computer proficiency
F) Strong communication skills
G) Proficiency in one of the national languages and familiarity with a foreign language
