We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for a high-rise building project. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge in civil, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring all materials and works meet international standards and project specifications.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer to oversee quality assurance and quality control processes for a high-rise building project. The candidate must have strong technical knowledge in civil, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring all materials and works meet international standards and project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform full QA/QC inspection of construction activities on-site
• Inspect and verify all electrical systems, including power lines, wiring, and equipment
• Supervise and control plumbing systems (PVC, piping, water supply, drainage)
• Conduct inspection of building equipment and installations in high-rise structures
• Evaluate and approve construction materials (electrical items, PVC pipes, fittings, etc.)
• Ensure correct execution of electrical and plumbing works according to standards
• Perform and monitor concrete tests (including slump test) and coordinate with laboratories
• Inspect and verify steel reinforcement (rebar) quality and compliance
• Approve all construction materials before usage on-site
• Prepare detailed QA/QC reports and maintain documentation
• Identify defects and ensure corrective actions are implemented
• Work professionally and independently without conflicts of interest or informal influence

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QA/QC for construction projects
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Electrical systems in buildings
  • Plumbing systems and materials
  • Construction materials and quality standards
• Experience with laboratory testing and coordination
• Ability to inspect, analyze, and approve materials independently
• Strong reporting and documentation skills
• High level of integrity and professionalism
