Job Description:

  • Own the development and communication of the plan and forecast, financial reporting, operational analysis and executive reviews for Actuals, Business Plans, Commitment Views and Outlooks.
  • Plays an integral role in new business pitches and holds responsibility for the effective on-
  • boarding of new clients
  • Serve as a functional expert to our program and business clients to provide strategic guidance and insights during the analysis process as well as to define and execute action plans
  • Building up strategy for each segment separately and monitoring the performance on a regular basis
  • Focusing on growing and developing existing clients, together with generating new business
  • Monitoring the day-to-day commercial performance of each account within a portfolio through key account team
  • Regularly liaising with existing clients to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensuring all clients understand the services on offers proposed by Roshan
  • Quality reports to clients via email or the online customer portal.
  • Provides detailed information and reports to the Director Sales on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Carry out analysis and produce reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Daily liaison with other members of the team to provide information and ensure that customers receive excellent customer service
  • Responsible for the coordination and management of the sales process across the segments and Business Bank. Responsible for refining processes, focused on consistent sales leadership behaviors.  
  • Works with segment leaders on sales process strategy and business focuses.
  • Coordinates best practices and drives consistency across the segments and Business Bank.
  • Manages and coordinates analysis around strategy related to delivery channels and sales positions efficiencies. Defines and measure metrics around most efficient sales activities per job family and delivery channel.
  • Works with business segments and support groups on development and execution of contests/campaigns.
  • Support the executives of Segment and segment managers in identifying, developing, and executing on key strategic programs that will maximize revenue within the segment.
  • Highly collaborative with the other product teams to break down silos and create cohesive renewal strategies across all solutions sold into the market.
  • Gain competitive insights, with data collection from the sales team and review of competitor’s go-to-market strategy. Make recommendations on how we can win by assisting in pricing strategy development.
  • Conduct data analysis on product revenue trends and customer utilization to identify potential revenue risks

Collaborate with marketing and sales, sales operations, to ensure pricing strategies, new business opportunities and renewal processes are communicated across the organization.

Job Requirements:

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION:

  • University degree in business administration

EXPERIENCES:

  • At least 5-year experience in sales and marketing in Telecommunication Company.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCES

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken, in English, Dari and Pashto
  • Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
  • Excellent analytical, report writing and presentation skills
  • Having computer knowledge, (MS Office, internet & Emails)
  • Maintain an appropriate professional appearance and dress especially during client meetings and public events

IT KNOWLEDGE:

  • Have basic knowledge of IT
