Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Program Manager in the daily management of the program’s activities and overall administration.
- Help to develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including participants, instructors, and institutional partners.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure that all program components, such as course scheduling, instructor assignments, and resource allocation, are efficiently managed.
- Monitor program progress against goals and prepare detailed reports on milestones and adjustments.
- Oversee the resolution of issues that affect program scope, quality, risk, and schedule.
- Assist in budget preparation and monitoring financial performance.
- Support the marketing and participant recruitment efforts by collaborating with the marketing team.
- Facilitate continuous improvement by incorporating feedback from participants and instructors into program enhancements.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education, or related field.
- PgMP, PMP, PRINCE2 Certification are highly preferred.
- At least 7 years of experience in program management, preferably in education or professional training.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English; Dari or Pashto fluency is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the standards of project management and educational program delivery.
