We’re on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented Designer who can bring ideas to life through engaging visuals. Whether it’s branding, social media graphics, or web interfaces
Languages: Fluency in English, Dari, and Pashto
Job Requirements:
Develop and execute creative social media campaigns for our travel agency
Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
Create visually stunning and engaging travel-related content (photos, reels, videos, blogs)
Engage with our travel community, respond to inquiries, and encourage bookings
Stay updated on travel trends and social media best practices
Track performance metrics and optimize strategies for better engagement
Experience in social media marketing, preferably in the travel industry
Strong storytelling and content creation skills (writing, photography, video editing)
Knowledge of social media tools (Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Passion for travel and understanding of different travel destinations
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat
Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally
Provide product/service information to customers
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
