We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strategic sales plans and driving revenue through the sales of our residential and commerial properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the sales team.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

• Oversee the full sale cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Coordinate with marketing and project teams to align promotional efforts with sales goals.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.

• Maintain and expand relationships with real estate agencies and brokers.

• Prepare sales reports and provide performance insights to management.

• Support CRM data entry and pipeline tracking for all leads and opportunities.

• Represenet Katawazai professionally at industry events, site visits, and client meeetings.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate.

• 3+ years experience in sales.

• Strong knowledge of the Afghan real estate market.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.

• Fluent in Pashto and Dari; English proficiency is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
