Job Description:

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Mobile Repairing Trainer to join our technical training team to contribute to project objectives. The trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions on mobile phone repair – including hardware and software troubleshooting – to students, interns, or professionals seeking upskilling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured classroom and practical training sessions in mobile repairing (basic to advanced level).
  • Train students on mobile hardware and software components, chip-level repair, fault diagnosis, soldering, rework, and use of tools like hot air guns, multimeters, and BGA machines.
  • Teach software-related topics such as flashing, unlocking, OS installation, and IMEI repair.
  • Evaluate trainee performance through practical tests and assessments.
  • Stay up to date with the latest smartphone technologies, tools & repair techniques.
  • Provide individual support to learners as needed.
  • Maintain training records and provide feedback to the administration.

Job Requirements:

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in mobile phone repairing (minimum 2–3 years)
  • Hands-on experience with major smartphone brands (Samsung, Nokia, Apple, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of both hardware (chip-level) and software (flashing, unlocking, troubleshooting) repair
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Prior experience in teaching or training is an advantage
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners
  • Certification in Mobile Repairing from a recognized institute is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Patience and enthusiasm for teaching
  • Ability to manage students of various skill levels
  • Familiarity with e-learning tools or online training platforms (if applicable)
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, Internet usage, etc.)

Language Skills:

  • Pashto: Native
  • Dari: Native/Fluent
  • English: Professional working

Education / Qualifications:

12 Graduate or bachelor degree in relevant field is preferred.
