Aga Khan Health Services (AKHS) is one of the most comprehensive private, not‐for‐profit health care systems in the developing world with community health programs in large geographical areas in Central and South Asia, as well as in East Africa.

The Aga Khan Health Services, Afghanistan (AKHS, A) was established in 2003 as part of the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN). AKHS, A provides health care services mainly on behalf of the government including the Ministry of Public Health’s of Afghanistan’s Basic Package of Health Services (BPHS) and Essential Package of Hospital Services (EPHS). AKHS, A is unique both in scale and scope, delivering critical health services along the continuum of care, from Community Health Workers (CHWs) to ISO certified hospital facilities.

AKHS, A is currently implementing healthcare services in Bamyan, Baghlan, Badakhshan, Kabul and Takhar provinces. The agency’s scope of work includes the provision of primary and secondary healthcare, preventive and curative medical care, Nursing and Midwifery education, Human Resources Development and Hospital Management. As BPHS and EPHS implementer, AKHS, A provides technical support as well as capacity building of health personnel, immunization services, nutrition trainings and the training of Community Health Nurses and Community Health Midwives.

AKHS, A draws on internal and other donor fundings to continue supplementary and complementary support to the national health system. Moreover, AKHS, A has introduced innovations, including, expansions of e-Health services, e-learning initiatives, and cross border arrangements. To promote healthy environment, AKHS, A is also implementing net zero and greenhouse gas emission initiatives.

مراقبت منظم و دقيق از معالجه مريضان سرا پا وداخل بستر  به اساس مسؤوليت وظيفوي.

در غیاب داکتر تمام امور مربوط داکتر را بوجه احسن به پیش ببرد.

جمع آوری مسؤولانه معلومات و ارقام در مورد مريضان  که تحت مراقبت بوده است.

حفظ ریکارد ادویه مصرف شده در داخل بستر، اتاق عاجل و حوالهً ضرورت هاي بعدی.

در صورت غیابت داکترآمادگی کامل برای معاینه و تعقیب  مراجعین طور یکه لازم است داشته باشد.

بلند بردن فعالانه سطح دانش مسلکي مخصوصاً در رابطه به رهنمود هاي صحي و فعاليت هاي مسلکي.

توزيع ادويه مطابق هدایت داکتر معالج و ايفاي وظيفه در سرويس عاجل، در تشخيص و در تداوي مريضان.

انجام تمام وظايف ديگررسمی که از طرف مقامات بالايي شفاخانه تقاضا مي گردد.

ارایه و انتشار پیام های اساسی امراض انتانی  بخاطر کشف و واقعه یابی مریضان مشکوک و رجعت آن ها جهت معاینات به شفاخانه.

تالی، ثبت و راجستر نمودن مریضان مطابق به رهنمود ملی سیستم اداره معلومات صحی و ارایه فعالیت ها در اخیر هر ماه به بخش مربوطه.

استفاده معقول از سامان و لوازم شفاخانه و تلاش جهت نگهداشتن سالم سامان آلات طبی و غیر طبی.

حفظ احترام متقابل با مریضان، مراجعین با توجه به اخلاق طبابت و سایر کارمندان مرکز صحی و ایجاد هماهنگی با شعبات مختلف مرکز صحی، اطاعت از اوامر سوپروایزر شفاخانه و پذیرفتن مسؤولیت های اضافی با توجه به بسته ای خدمات صحی شفاخانه ی.

بلند بردن سطح دانش مسلکی و تقویت مهارت ها با استفاده از رهنمود های ملی موجود در شفاخانه.

خودداری از هرگونه فعالیت، عملکرد، نشر و پخش مسایل سیاسی، مذهبی، نژادی و احترام به تمام اصول و باور های انسانی.

پابندی به اصول، مقررات، قواعد و پالیسی ملی وزارت صحت عامه، دفتر مربوطه و رعایت اوقات کاری با توجه به فصول سال، ماه مبارک رمضان،  رخصتی های ملی و مذهبی.

فارغ التحصیل رشته نرسنگ عالی.

داشتن یک سال تجربه کاری در بخش مربوطه.

مهارت خواندن و نوشتن به زبان دری، پشتو و سایر زبان های محلی.

داشتن مهارت در افهام و تفهیم.

داشتن سجایای اخلاقی(صبر، حوصله، دلسوزی، محتاط بودن و مراعات نمودن تمام موازین اسلامی).

داشتن مهارت ارتباطی خوب.
