Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Admin and Finance Officer will be responsible for managing administrative and financial activities at the provincial office level, ensuring compliance with internal policies and donor requirements. The role includes oversight of accounting, procurement, office management, and HR support

Job Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Maintain accurate and complete financial records.

  • Manage petty cash, process payments, and ensure timely transactions.

  • Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the main office.

  • Monitor and track project expenditures against budgets.

  • Support internal and external audits.

Administration:

  • Oversee general office operations, supplies, and logistics.

  • Maintain employee attendance records and leave tracking.

  • Assist in HR documentation including personnel files and contracts.

  • Facilitate meetings, documentation, and official correspondence.

Logistics & Procurement:

  • Manage procurement requests in line with DDEO policies.

  • Maintain asset and inventory records.

  • Coordinate vehicle use and travel plans for staff.
