Bright Way Health and Social Services Organization (BWHSSO) is an independent, non-governmental, and non-profit organization established with the aim of promoting public welfare, improving access to quality healthcare services, and enhancing social capacities. The organization strives to support vulnerable communities by providing essential services and creating safe and responsive environments that meet community needs. Its activities are guided by Islamic values, humanitarian principles, and respect for human dignity.

1. Conduct training sessions in various bead embroidery techniques. 

2. Design a comprehensive and effective learning curriculum.  

3. Prepare tools and materials needed for classes. 

4. Supervise and evaluate students' work, providing constructive feedback. 

5. Teach safety protocols for handling embroidery tools. 

6. Collaborate with students in designing new beadwork patterns.  

7. Maintain cleanliness and order in the training space. 

8. Provide detailed reports to the relevant department. 

- Afghan National 

- Previous experience in bead embroidery and training. 

- Strong creativity, organizational skills, and teaching ability. 

- Knowledge of marketable designs and trends is a plus
