Bright Way Health and Social Services Organization (BWHSSO) is an independent, non-governmental, and non-profit organization established with the aim of promoting public welfare, improving access to quality healthcare services, and enhancing social capacities. The organization strives to support vulnerable communities by providing essential services and creating safe and responsive environments that meet community needs. Its activities are guided by Islamic values, humanitarian principles, and respect for human dignity.

1. Perform daily cleaning of the work environment, including workrooms, halls, and shared spaces. 

2. Dust and clean all tools and equipment to maintain a hygienic environment. 

3. Wash and disinfect bathrooms and sensitive areas as needed. 

4. Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of garbage. 

5. Assist with setting up spaces for meetings, ceremonies, and events as required. 

6. Ensure proper care and maintenance of the center’s tools and materials. 

7. Perform any other service-related tasks as necessary. 

- Afghan National 

- Knowledge of cleaning practices and hygiene standards. 

- Physically able to handle cleaning duties efficiently.
