VIPAR Motorcycles Trading LLC, commonly known as Vipar, is an Indian company that holds the official license to sell Bajaj brand products and has its headquarters in the friendly and neighboring country of India New Delhi.
As a shareholder of the mentioned company, it has decided to open a sales representative of Bajaj brand products in Afghanistan under the name of Vipar Motorcycles Trading LLC.
The company has obtained its activity license dated 09-Sep-23 from the Ministry of Trade and Industry of the Islamic Emirates of Afghanistan with license number (89259) 
In addition, the head office is located on Shahrenaw. The assembly line and showrooms are located on Sarak e Siah Bagrami Road, District 12 of Kabul, which the mentioned company is active in the process of packaging and ASEEMBLY motorcycles, which is equipped with Assembly line and equipment along with new upgraded machines.
The representative Company Motorcycles Trading LLC expanded their offices in Jalalabad, Kandahar, Herat, and Mazaar-e-Sharif after the official opening of the head office in Kabul.

Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary:

• Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations.
• Stay updated on changes in work legislation and industry standards.
• Manage and supervise the HR department staff.
• Oversee recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring new employees.
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Design and run employee training and development programs.
• Maintain HR records, including employee files, compensation, and benefits information.
• Handle employee relations and resolve any workplace conflicts or issues.
• Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Administer compensation and payroll programs and ensure accurate processing of payroll.
• Develop employee recognition and rewards programs.
• Oversee and manage employee wellness and safety programs.
• Manage and resolve employee complaints and grievances.
• Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees.
• Negotiate and manage labor contracts and collective bargaining agreements.
• Collaborate with other departments to achieve company goals and improve HRw processes.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
• Stay updated on current industry trends and best practices in HR management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Experience in recruiting, training, or organizational development.
• Knowledge of MS Office, HRIS, ATS, and HR analytics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in resolving conflicts and fostering healthy workplace relationships.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Good Knowldge of English, Pashto and Dari Languages.
