Muslim Hands International – MHI runs education projects around the world. We have built up a global network of schools, each catering to the specific needs of the area they are serving. This ranges from modest classrooms serving isolated communities that would otherwise not have access to schooling, to campuses serving large groups of poor and disadvantaged children. As well as establishing our own schools, we run a varied range of educational programs in a number of different areas. This gives those who may have missed out on educational opportunities or those who have specific educational needs, the support they require to progress in life.

Our school in Kabul is formally registered with the Ministry of Education and aims to educate orphaned and vulnerable children who do not otherwise have access to education. This is funding support for educational access for orphans and vulnerable children in Kabul. The access to education for orphans, the poorest and needy children including school fees, provides a compulsory uniform, school supplies, and attendance from primary to high school graduation for children in need. Our school in Kabul currently facilitates hundreds of orphan and needy children of the marginalised communities in Kabul who are provided with free education. The facilities include but are not limited to;

• Male and female teachers
• Mix-designed Curriculum (Government+ Oxford)
• Course Structure (Nursery, Preparation, 1-12 Grades)
• Separate Classes for Males and Females
• Supporting staff and facilities

The school aims provision of Quality Education to the most vulnerable Afghan children by delivering standard education services supporting MHA’s approach to Child Protection or Safeguarding in Afghan targeted communities. Our school in Kabul is not only providing Quality Education to hundreds of vulnerable orphans and needy children but also creates jobs for Afghans, contributing to the Education sector. We protect children through Education and Sponsorship, creating a safe and free-of-cost academic environment for the neediest children in Kabul.

:خلاصۀ وظایف

استاد مضمون از كيفيت اجراآت خود در برابر مدیر، سرمعلم وامرین ديپارتمنت هاي مکتب مسؤليت دارد.وظیفۀ مرکزی معلم عبارت از تطبیق نصاب تعلیمی ازطریق تهیه، ارائه و تطبیق درس و مدیریت شاگردان و ایجاد فضای مصؤن و محفوظ آموزشی میباشد

:وظایف، صلاحیت ها و مسؤلیتها

تطبیق نصاب تعلیمی، پالیسی ها و پروسیجرهای اداری معرفی شده توسط وزارت معارف برای یک صنف در مکتب

در هر هفته30-34  ساعت، مکلفیت درسی میداشته باشد

سهم گیری در رهنمائی سایر معلمین در جهت اداره و مصؤونیت سوالات امتحان به منظور حفظ اعتبار آن وتهیه و تطبیق امتحانات جهت ارزیابی شاگردان در مضمون مربوط

 تهیه، تقدیم و بحث در مورد نتایج امتحانات شاگردان صنوف مربوطه اش و حفظ نتائج دقیق، درست و کامل و تهیۀ کارت راپور (اطلاع نامۀ) شاگردان با آمر دیپارتمنت و سرمعلم مربوطه

  اجرای فعالیت های تحقیقی جهت بالابردن دانش مسلکی و مهارتهای مربوط به آن

سهم گرفتن فعال در جهت مشاهده و ارزیابی اجراآت، سلوک و انکشاف اجتماعی و صحت جسمی شاگردان و پیشنهاد به شاگردان، والدین، سرمعلم و ادارۀ مکتب در مورد پیشرفت آنها

اشتراک در فعالیتهای مکتب به شمول مجالس معلمین، ادارۀ مکتب، والدین و شورای مکتب

رهنمائی و مشوره دهی در مورد شاگردانی که مشکلات انظباتی و تدریسی و یا علاقه مندی مشخص به آموزش درسی ندارند

همکاری با آمر دیپارتمنت در مورد مدیریت مکتب و ایفای نقش رهبری در ساحۀ مضمون مربوطه و سایر فعالیتهای اضافی اداری

ساختن پلان و مفردات درسي سالانه مكتب 

انجام وظايف داده شده در مورد نمايشات علمي به سطح مكتب

اشتراك در سيمينار ها و ورکشاپ های تعليمي

پيشبرد دروس و تطبيقات لابرتواري

نوشتن تاريخ هاي امتحانات تحريري در شقه های مربوط مضمون واخذ امتحانات شاگردان مطابق طرزالعمل

درج موضوعات درسی ، دركتاب ترقي تعليم به شكل مناسب آن

رعايت جدول نوكريوالي و پروگرام درس هفته وار

سهم گيري و اشتراك در كارهاي مربوط به اخذ امتحانات تثبيت سويه به سطح مكتب و براه انداختن رقابت های سالم درس میان مکاتب

اجراي ساير وظايف مربوط به تعليم و تربيه كه از جانب آمرمكتب و مديران به وي سپرده شود

:شرایط استخدام

داشتن سند  تحصیلی لسانس در بخش اسلامیات و به درجه بلند تر تحصیلی در بخش اسلامیات ترجیح داده میش

داشتن تجربه سه ساله معلمی در یکی از مکاتب دولتی و یا هم مکاتب معتبر خصوصی

داشتن تجربه در محیط های یادگیری متنوع

داشتن مهارت های قوی ارتباطی و کلامی
