Job Description:
- Develop a detailed and practical training curriculum covering:
- Web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relevant frameworks)
- Mobile application development (Android, iOS, cross-platform tools such as React Native or Flutter)
- Conduct training sessions including both theoretical and hands-on components.
- Adapt training content and delivery methods to suit the participants’ skill levels and local language needs.
- Monitor, guide, and correct students’ practical projects and exercises.
- Conduct job-seeking and digital freelancing seminars for students to support employment readiness.
- Provide continuous assessment of participants’ progress and offer constructive feedback.
- Support trainees in troubleshooting during their project work and technical learning process.
- Prepare and submit training reports, evaluations, and documentation of challenges and achievements.
- Maintain detailed records of attendance, participation, and progress
- Comprehensive training curriculum and instructional materials
- Successfully conducted training sessions according to the established schedule
- Participant progress assessments and final evaluation report
- Documented student projects and feedback reports
- Provide regular progress reports to the Supervisor.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2–3 years of practical experience in web and mobile app development
- Previous experience in teaching or training in a technical subject is strongly preferred
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with WordPress
- Proficient in web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks
- Skilled in mobile application development for Android, iOS, and cross-platform tools such as React Native or Flutter
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and accessible way
- Fluency in Dari and working knowledge of English
- Sensitivity to working with vulnerable populations, especially women and youth
