About Afghanistan Carpet Manurafacturers & Exporters Guild:
Afghanistan Carpet Manufacturers and Exporters Guild (ACMEG) was established in 1346 under the guardianship of the honorable Ministry of Industry and Trade but now it is independent. It is a service providing organization. It is the only organization that represents carpet industry in Afghanistan. It is formation three directorates, the northern zone directorate in Balkh province, the western zone directorate in Herat province, and the eastern zone directorate in Nangarhar province
Job Description:
1.Develop and execute a comprehensive export promotion plan for Afghan hand-woven carpets.
2. Identify target markets and potential buyers for Afghan carpets.
3. Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends in the global carpet industry.
4. Collaborate with carpet manufacturers and exporters to improve product quality, design, and packaging to meet international standards.
5. Develop and maintain relationships with international buyers, distributors, and retailers to promote Afghan carpets.
6. Organize trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase Afghan carpets to a global audience.
7. Provide guidance and support to carpet manufacturers and exporters on export regulations, documentation, and logistics.
8. Collaborate with government agencies, industry associations, and trade promotion organizations to leverage resources and support for carpet exports.
9. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
10. Prepare reports and presentations on export performance, market analysis, and promotional activities for management and stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
Qualification: Business Administration, Communication, Journalism Political Science MBA Preferred. Experience: 3 Year of Experience in Related Field Knowledge of computer skills Decision Making skills
