Job Summary

To manage and optimize Telecom Operator accounts, ensuring seamless VAS operations, revenue growth, and effective coordination between internal teams, partners and telecom operators.

1. Account & Revenue Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned partners and telecom operators.
• Monitor and analyze VAS revenue streams, ensuring targets are met.
• Identify revenue leakage areas and implement corrective measures.
• Prepare and present performance reports (daily/weekly/monthly).

2. Coordination & Communication

• Liaise between internal teams (IT, Marketing, Finance) partners and operator operators for smooth service delivery.
• Handle operator escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage service activations/deactivations and troubleshoot technical issues.

3. Business Growth & Compliance

• Work with operators to launch new VAS products (Digital Contents, Premium Games, SMS, Data, USSD, RBT, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with operator guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Negotiate commercial agreements (pricing, revenue share).
• Collaborate with partners to design and launch new VAS products.
• Explore new partnership opportunities to expand service offerings.
• Prepare business cases and ROI analyses for joint initiatives.

4. Reporting & Analytics

• Track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) like ARPU, churn rate, and subscriber growth.
• Provide insights for revenue optimization and customer retention.

5. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and mentor a cross-functional VAS operations team, ensuring alignment with operator/partner objectives and organizational goals.
• Delegate tasks effectively, monitor performance, and provide guidance on technical/operational challenges related to VAS delivery.
• Conduct training sessions to upskill team members on emerging telecom technologies and partner management best practices.

• Education: Bachelor’s in Telecom, Business, IT or related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years in private sector coordination and revenue assurance, (Telecom VAS, Operator Management) is a plus.
• Strong negotiation & relationship management.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis in Power BI or other tools.
• Proficiency in problem-solving, multitasking, and clear communication.

Performance Metrics:

• Revenue growth from VAS services.
• Operator satisfaction (timely issue resolution).
• Accuracy in reporting & compliance.
