About Afghanistan National Urban & Rural Development Organization:
ANURDO is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization whose primary purpose is to encourage the repatriation of refugees and internally displaced persons and the re-establishment of Afghan society and economy by engaging in infrastructure rehabilitation, sustainable development, and local community capacity-building activities. ANURDO is registered under registration number 4216 with the Ministry of Economy, Afghanistan Government.
The primary objective arising from this mission is to encourage repatriation by rehabilitating and constructing rural infrastructure as well as enhancing agricultural production and food availability in the target areas.
The complementary objective is to build capacity for locally directed community development by encouraging the establishment of social structures capable of identifying, evaluating, planning, and implementing solutions to perceived concerns.
Job Description:
مؤسسه ما در نظر دارد به منظور تأمین امنیت و نظم دفاتر خود در دو ولایت، تعداد چهار (۴) تن کارمند امنیتی (گارد) با تجربه و متعهد استخدام نماید.
کارمندان امنیتی مسئول کنترول ورود و خروج مهمانان، نظارت بر قفل بودن درها و کلکین‌ها بعد از ختم ساعات کاری، خاموش بودن کمپیوترها، محافظت از اموال دفتر، همکاری با سایر گاردان، و ارائه خدمات پذیرایی می‌باشند. رعایت دقیق حاضری، پیروی از مقررات اداری، حفظ محرمیت، و صداقت در اجرای وظایف الزامی است. همچنان، اطاعت از آمرین مربوطه جزو اصول مهم کاری محسوب می‌گردد
Job Requirements:

حداقل ۱ سال تجربه کاری در بخش محافظت یا امنیت (تجربه در مؤسسات ترجیح داده می‌شود).

توانایی حفظ نظم و کنترول ورود و خروج مراجعین.

برخورد مؤدبانه و رفتار محترمانه با مهمانان و کارمندان.

تعهد به رازداری، صداقت، و پابندی به وظایف محوله.

توانایی همکاری با سایر اعضای تیم امنیتی.

صحت بدنی کامل و آمادگی انجام وظایف در شب یا روز (در صورت نیاز).

آشنایی ابتدایی با طرز استفاده از تجهیزات امنیتی (در صورت موجود بودن).

توانایی پیروی از مقررات و دستورات آمرین مربوطه.

زبان: تسلط به یکی از زبان‌های ملی (پشتو یا دری).
