About Afghanistan National Urban & Rural Development Organization:
ANURDO is a non-governmental, non-profit, non-political and non-sectarian organization whose primary purpose is to encourage the repatriation of refugees and internally displaced persons and the re-establishment of Afghan society and economy by engaging in infrastructure rehabilitation, sustainable development, and local community capacity-building activities. ANURDO is registered under registration number 4216 with the Ministry of Economy, Afghanistan Government.
The primary objective arising from this mission is to encourage repatriation by rehabilitating and constructing rural infrastructure as well as enhancing agricultural production and food availability in the target areas.
The complementary objective is to build capacity for locally directed community development by encouraging the establishment of social structures capable of identifying, evaluating, planning, and implementing solutions to perceived concerns.
Job Description:
مؤسسه ما در نظر دارد چهار کارمند (دو آشپز و دو صفاکار) را برای دو ولایت استخدام نماید تا خدمات آشپزی، پذیرایی و نظافتی را به شکل منظم، با کیفیت و مطابق اصول صحی و اداری اجرا نمایند. هر یک از این بست‌ها دارای وظایف مشخص بوده و کارمندان منتخب باید با روحیه همکاری و مسئولیت‌پذیری وظایف محوله را انجام دهند.

پخت و تهیه غذای سالم، پاک و لذیذ برای کارمندان اداره مطابق منوی از پیش تعیین‌شده.

توزیع غذا و چای در سه وعده (صبح، چاشت، ختم روز) با نظم و در وقت معین.

شستن ظروف و پاک‌کاری کامل آشپزخانه پس از هر وعده غذایی.

رعایت اصول صحی هنگام پخت غذا (استفاده از دستکش، کلاه و نظافت فردی).

خریداری مواد غذایی تازه و با کیفیت طبق نیاز.
Job Requirements:

حداقل ۱ سال تجربه کاری مرتبط در بخش آشپزی یا صفاکاری.

توانایی انجام وظایف تعیین‌شده به شکل منظم، با دقت و در وقت مناسب.

آشنایی با اصول نظافت و رعایت موارد صحی در محیط کار.

توانایی تهیه غذای سالم و لذیذ (برای متقاضیان بست آشپز).

داشتن برخورد نیک، اخلاق کاری مناسب و روحیه همکاری تیمی.

توانایی کار در شرایط مختلف محیطی (گرمی، سردی، ایستاده‌کاری طولانی).

آمادگی برای انجام وظایف اضافی مطابق هدایت مسئولین.

پوشیدن لباس رسمی وظیفوی هنگام کار، مطابق پالیسی اداره.
