About French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children:
Since 2006, the French Medical Institute for Mothers and Children (FMIC) in Kabul, Afghanistan, has served patients from all 34 provinces. Job Description:
- Regular Responsibilities:
- Preparing/reviewing and releasing of Key Statistics Reports on daily basis.
- Preparing the monthly Budget Variance Report and coordinating with the line managers for the variances if any.
- Preparing Fact Sheet of all the institution's data.
- Updating Table data by 5th of each subsequent month.
- Preparing various monthly management reports by 10th of each subsequent month including preparation of monthly Newsletter, Financial Performance Report, Grant Newsletter and various others reports.
- Preparing quarterly AKDN report.
- Prepare Allocation Model report by 15th of each subsequent month.
- Maintaining of Personnel Requisition form and Unbudgeted Swapping Form.
- Any other relevant work assigned by the supervisor.
- Periodic Responsibilities:
- Proper Budget preparation.
- Assist in implementation of annual budget control.
- Strengthening Hospital performance reporting system.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication, interpersonal skills in Dari, English and Pashto language.
- Ability to work under difficult working conditions.
- Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
- Good knowledge of Accounting.
