Job Description:

TOR:

The officer will perform the following duties under this project, but not limited to:

  • Conduct regular protection assessments to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and gaps.
  • Develop and maintain effective protection monitoring systems, including tools, protocols, and reporting formats.
  • Ensure integration of PSEA measures across all project activities in alignment with Protection Cluster and PSEA Taskforce guidelines.
  • Develop and implement PSEA action plans tailored to the project’s specific components.
  • Serve as the designated focal point for PSEA complaints and response; provide immediate support to survivors in line with standard operating procedures.
  • Monitor community outreach activities to ensure full compliance with PSEA and protection standards.
  • Set up and manage safe, confidential, and survivor-centered referral systems for women and girls affected by violence or abuse.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of all referred cases and ensure effective follow-up with service providers.
  • Ensure confidentiality, dignity, and protection of all sensitive information and data related to protection and PSEA.

Job Requirements:

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Law/Politics, Social Science, or related field or high school diploma with additional two years of experience
  • At least 2 years of PSEA experience in NGO or humanitarian projects
  • Good data collection and analysis skills
  • Familiarity with Badakhshan province is preferred
  • Good knowledge of Excel and mobile data collection tools
