Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level or Basic  functional support for Oracle R12 (preferably R12.2.10) modules such as:

Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM)

Oracle Purchasing and Procurement

Oracle Order Management

Oracle Inventory

Oracle HRMS

Oracle Manufacturing

• Investigate and resolve user issues related to Oracle application and third party application.
• Good to have experience in Any Van Sales Software.
• Monitor scheduled jobs and reports and ensure timely completion.
• Perform data validation, run basic queries (optional), and assist in UAT testing.
• Work closely with the technical and infrastructure teams to escalate unresolved issues.
• Document user issues, solutions, and common troubleshooting steps.
• Assist in periodic audits, reconciliations, and month-end activities as required.
• Train end-users and prepare documentation and user guides.

• 2-5 years of experience working with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 (functional side).
• Familiarity with Oracle R12 navigation, screens, and standard functionality.
• Good understanding of business processes in finance, procurement, or supply chain.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
