Job Description

As Relationship Manager, you are responsible to:

  1. Retain top customer of the bank the list of which will be delegated by line manager.
  2. Build long term relationship with clients and customers.
  3. Work quickly to address and resolve customer issues.
  4. Help Promote and maintain a positive company image.
  5. Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
  6. Keep a strong and effective relationship with corporate customer of the bank.
  7. Relationship manager needs to have high communication skill to understand the people culture and the way they need to be approached.
  8. Show his/her availability to preferably work 24 hours and 7 days per week.
  9. Deliver the best banking service to corporate customers of the bank.
  10. Resolve all complains of corporate customers within less time and give feedback to customers and update them about the complaint and the process.
  11. Completing the top customers Re-KYC and other required documents as per the bank policy and procedure.
  12. Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and send the reports to the line manager within the approved format to inform the line manager about the customer’s feedback.
  13. Prepare a survey form and take the approval of the line manager for collecting the information and feedbacks from bank corporate customers related to bank products, services, environment, staff behavior and his time and many other issues which is important to maintain our corporate customers.
  14. Develop plans to support the corporate sector which increase income for Ghazanfar Bank.

 

  1. Work with the corporate relationship manager to develop corporate engagement plans and activities and independently develop quarterly plans.

 

  1. Collaborate with the corporate relationship manager to maintain good relations with all key private sector contacts; continually growing and developing a wide network of contacts in the corporate sector.
  2. Understand the internal structures of potential corporate partners and tailor the Ghazanfar bank approach differently for corporate social responsibility / sustainability teams or charity business teams whenever advised by BoM.
  3. Keep the corporate database updated with new relationships, meetings and developments.
  4. To scan the corporate environment and the plans of corporate partners to identify opportunities for further engagement or income.
  5. Provide expertise and guidance to Ghazanfar bank staff on how to best engage with people from corporate organizations.
  6. Write proposals and pitch opportunities.

 

  1. Support the corporate relationships manager to develop marketing plans and deliver successful marketing campaigns.
  2. Manage and grow Ghazanfar Banks corporate membership scheme.

 

  1. Develop and implement quarterly recruitment and retention plans to secure an overall income coming from corporate membership.

 

  1. Identify potential new members and build a prospect pipeline.

 

  1. Develop programs and organize regular events for corporate members, non-member corporates.

 

  1. Review of corporate membership benefits in coordination with the corporate relationship manager and the membership team.

 

  1. Provide support to the corporate relationship manager and other colleagues when needed.
  2. Visiting all provinces for bringing new business (corporate and individual customers).

 

  1. Work with the external facing teams across Ghazanfar Bank to help them develop small to medium projects or activities that can win corporate support; write proposals and pitch to relevant corporate sector organizations.

Desk-based research to:

  Identify areas where Ghazanfar bank could support business in their community engagement programs as   part of their broader corporate responsibility and sustainability strategies.

  1. Identify topics to use in regular newsletters and briefings and for the organization of regular events/seminars where our voluntary and corporate members can meet, learn and discuss on issues relevant to both sectors.
  2. Provide and update relevant information on corporate membership pages of the Ghazanfar Bank website.

   Any other task which is delegated by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree is a must and Master’s degree will be preferred.
    • Relevant professional certifications or training desirable.

 

Experience Required

            Experience Related to field desirable
