Job Description:
- Summary of Key Functions
- تمرکز بهتر و بیشتر به منظور آموختاندن دانش مسلکی به تمام اعضای گروپ و حصول اطمینان از فراگیری مهارت های آموزش داده شده و نظارت از نحوه اجرائی شدن دانش و مهارت های آموخته شده به شکل عملی تا تمام اعضای گروپ خود کفا گردیده و قادر به تولید انواع واقسام مدل ها لباس زنانه وطفلانه گردند.
تقویت تأمین ارتباطات داخلی بین اعضای گروپ ونهادهای بیرونی،(مارکت ها) رهنمائی و حمایت اعضای گروپ جهت فروش بهترمحصولات تولید شده انها درمارکت وتوافق بامشتری درباره نوع پارچه ومدل لباس یا مدل پرده توشک
ارتقای مهارت های اعضأ گروپ دربخش تولید لباس به شکل عملی وتیوری وبازار یابی محصولات تولید شده
حاضربودن در روزهای رسمی (5 روزدرهفته).
فراهم نمودن مشوره های تخنیکی برای اعضای گروپ حد اقل مدت سه ماه (بعد از ختم قرارداد).
ارائه گزارش کاری فعالیت های مرکز تولیدی لباس به شکل هفته وار.

- توافق بامشتری درباره نوع پارچه ومدل لباس یاپرده و توشک
- گرفتن اندازه مشتری
- تعیین زمان تحویل دهی لباس وهزینه مناسب برای مشتری
- ایجاد طرح(مطابق مدل ها موجود یاایجاد طرح ها جدید) تهیه الگو یا نمونه برش پارچه و دوخت اولیه
- ایجاد پرو اولیه
- دوخت نهایی سفارش مشتری
- شناخت ازانواع پارچه ها وویژگی های انها
- مهارت عالی دردوزندگی یاخیاطی
- علاقه زیاد به طراحی،دوخت ومد وآگاهی از جدیدترین نوع آنها
- توجه به علایق وگرایش های مشتریان
- خلاقیت وقدرت تجسم طرح ها
- مهارت ارتباطی مناسب درمقابل مشتریان
- توانایی حفظ تمرکزدرساعات کار طولانی
- داشتن نظم ومدیریت زمان برای تحویل به موقع سفارشات
- داشتن سلامت جسمی
- توانایی تدریس وآموزش به شکل نظری وعملی برای اعضأ گروپ.
- بلدیت با وسایل کاری مرکزخیاطی و آشنائی به منظورآگاهی دهی برای اعضای گروپ
