Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic business developer and capacity builder to join our expert network. The selected professional will contribute with market research, client engagement, proposal development, strategic planning, and supporting overall business growth efforts across our diverse service areas

Key Responsibilities

  • Research industry trends, identify market opportunities, and analyze competitors.
  • Develop strategies and action plans to support the company's growth and expansion.
  • Track and report on business development progress, highlighting key metrics and challenges.
  • Assist in drafting business proposals, project plans, marketing materials, and communication content.
  • Cultivate and manage client relationships; represent the company in meetings, events, and negotiations.
  • Act as the focal point for small project coordination; ensure deadlines and goals are met.
  • Assist in organizing and participating events, meetings, and industry presentations to showcase services.
  • Review and improve internal manuals, policies, proposals, and contracts.
  • Support internal and external communication with clients, government stakeholders and leads.
  • Train, mentor, and guide junior staff members and interns as needed.
  • Report directly to the CEO and Vice President with regular updates on activities.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by company management as needed.

Job Requirements:

Eligibility & Selection Criteria

📌 Education & Experience

  • Master's Degree in Business Administration, Environment or related fields
  • Proven experience in business development, communications, or project management.

📌 Technical & Core Competencies

  • Strong knowledge and experience of business planning, research, proposal writing in private sectors and NGOs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and internet (familiarity with other applications is an advantage).
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently and timely.
  • Ability to work independently and manage deadlines efficiently.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and provinces when required.

📌 Language Proficiency

  • Fluency in English language is a must
  • Proficiency in national languages (Dari/Pashto/Uzbeki)
  • Knowledge of Chines or German language is a plus
