Job Description:
Job Summary:
The consultant will support the project team in research, content development, and capacity building activities, including ToT for community facilitators and training materials for legal rights awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments for social cohesion and legal access interventions.
- Develop story-based dialogue scripts and training manuals.
- Facilitate 3-4 day ToT workshops.
- Co-deliver training to CDCs and community leaders on gender, peace, and legal rights.
- Submit final assessment and training reports.
- Align training content with national policies, UNDP strategies, and gender action plans.
- Integrate participatory approaches and real-life scenarios into training design.
- Collaborate with local cultural and religious figures to ensure contextual relevance.
Job Requirements:
Qualifications:
- Master’s in Social Sciences, Islamic Law, Gender, or Peacebuilding.
- Demonstrated experience in community training, legal literacy, or gender-focused research.
- Strong writing and analytical skills.
