Job Description:

The Salesperson works as part of our team in a company active in solarization, providing sales and customer support for solar energy products and services. Engages with clients to understand their energy needs, recommends suitable solar solutions, and ensures customer satisfaction. Promotes clean energy products, maintains long-term client relationships, and helps expand the company’s market presence by applying effective communication, product knowledge, and sales techniques. 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field from a well-recognized university.
  • Strong knowledge of solar products and the ability to explain technical features in simple terms to clients.
  • Ability to understand basic technical documents such as product datasheets, system layouts, and user manuals.
  • Demonstrated experience in client engagement, product promotion, and closing sales.  
  • Proven ability to engage clients effectively and professionally in both showroom and field sales environments.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and long-term relationships with customers.
  • Capable of working independently and taking initiative to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • High level of responsibility, dependability, and ethical behavior in all customer interactions.
  • Proficient in Dari and Pashto, with good command of English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing products, technologies, and client needs.
  • Good understanding of basic technical aspects of solar products and systems (training will be provided as needed).
  • Digital literacy, including experience with email and mobile communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp, CRM apps).
  • Maintains a clean, professional appearance and represents Shams Energy’s values and brand positively at all times.
  • Demonstrates respect for diversity, gender sensitivity, and cultural awareness in client and team interactions.
  • Team-oriented, cooperative, and supportive in achieving group and organizational goals.
  • Committed to continuous learning and improvement in sales techniques and product knowledge.
