Jobe Summary
The Customer Care Agent is responsible for the overall service support channels of Las Pay including Helpline, social media and emails, he/she is also responsible of delivering quality and timely support to all queries of customer, agents, merchants and partners through support channels.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of Customer Care Agent include but are not limited to:
- Supervision of Las Pay customer support channels including social media and help line.
- Handle customer enquiries including calls, messages, comments and replies on social media pages.
- Work closely with the various Las Pay functional teams to deliver accurate and up to date information to individual subscribers, merchants, agents and partners.
- Adherence to company all policies, procedures and business ethical conduct.
- Any other relevant duties may be assigned by the Line Manager or Head Of Operations from time to time.
Job Requirements:
Qualification:
- Education: Minimum of High School Diploma.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in relevant environment.
- Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable with a positive attitude toward mentorship.
- Ability to efficiently communication in English, Dari and Pashto Languages.
- Computer Knowledge in MS Excel, Word, Power Point.
