Job Overview:
The Admin Officer will be responsible to support our daily clerical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily reporting, document control, meeting coordination, and overall management of the office. This role demands strong administrative, technical, and creative abilities, including proficiency in Office 365, internet surfing and email communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks:
Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient administrative processes. - Communication Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, managing correspondence and ensuring timely responses. - Office Management:
Maintain an organized office environment, including managing office supplies, equipment, and ensuring cleanliness. - Scheduling and Coordination:
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff, ensuring effective time management. - Financial Administration:
Assist the finance office with budgeting, invoicing, and expense tracking, ensuring accurate financial records are maintained. - Human Resources Support:
Assist in recruitment processes, onboarding new employees, and maintaining employee records and benefits. - Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare reports and documentation related to office activities, operational metrics, and other relevant information. - Team Collaboration:

Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in office management or administrative roles, preferably within the manufacturing or construction industry.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Dari/Pashto.
