Job Overview

The Finance Officer at Aybak Cement will be responsible for managing daily financial operations, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with financial policies. This role involves handling transactions, maintaining financial records, and supporting the finance team in routine tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Transactions:
    Process daily financial transactions, including invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Record Keeping:
    Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for all transactions.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable:
    Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
  • Cash Management:
    Monitor cash flow and assist in managing cash reserves.
  • Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures, supporting audits as needed.
  • Reporting:
    Assist in preparing regular financial reports for management review.
  • Team Support:
    Collaborate with other departments to support financial processes and answer queries.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience:
