• Supervise and support 4–6 field enumerators in assigned provinces.
• Ensure adherence to ethical standards and data quality protocols.
• Conduct, verification, spot checks and monitor fieldwork, and validate data on-site.
• Train field enumerators for the structured data collection survey.
• Regular coordination with project coordinator and report any issues promptly.
• Communication with local health authorities and hospital management teams for data collection.
• Provide regular progress reports and ensure timely submission of field data.
• Troubleshoot data collection tool issues and assist in resolving technical problems.
• Monitor enumerators performance and provide feedback when needed.
• Ensure photo documentation compliance.
• Attend training and debriefing meetings with central and zonal teams when required.

• Any other tasks assigned by line manager.

Minimum 5 years of experience in survey supervision, public health surveys, or M&E.
• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Social Sciences, or Statistics; Master's degree preferred.
• Proven leadership and supervision experience in multi-province projects.
• Excellent knowledge of mobile data collection tools (Kobo Toolbox and ODK).
• Strong communication and coordination skills with diverse stakeholders
• Familiarity with hospital systems and healthcare workforce structures in Afghanistan.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Able to travel across assigned provinces and work under timelines.
• Fluent in Dari and Pashto; working knowledge of English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other data management tools
• High ethical standards, integrity, and commitment to confidentiality
