Job SummaryReceptionist (Madina Specialized Center, Kabul)

 

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused female receptionist to join our team at Madina Specialized Center. The receptionist will be the first point of contact for all clients and is expected to provide a welcoming, respectful, and informative experience. She will manage bookings, respond to inquiries, introduce our services (massage, cupping therapy, facials), and coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth operations. She must speak Dari, Pashto, and English fluently, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. 

She will report directly to the Internal Manager and play a key role in client satisfaction, service promotion, and front-desk operations. Confidence in speaking on camera for promotional content is a plus.

Job Requirements:

1. Education: Diploma or bachelor’s in journalism, Sales, Marketing, or any relevant field. 

2. Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role (receptionist, customer service, or sales). 

3. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dari, Pashto, and English — both spoken and written. 

4. Working Hours: Ability to work from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM in summer and 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM in winter. 

5. Technical Skills: Basic computer skills including MS Office, internet usage, and handling social media platforms. 

6. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with a polite and persuasive manner. 

7. Marketing Awareness: Understanding of customer behavior, sales psychology, and service promotion. 

8. Camera Confidence: Willingness and confidence to speak in front of the camera for promotional videos. 

9. Stress Handling: Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
