MOVE is a National humanitarian, independent, non-political, non-sectarian organization which is aiming for an equitable & quality standard health care for all Afghans throughout its endless effort to response to highly vulnerable group, mother & children, who are victim of various deadly diseases as well as having the high rates of morbidity & mortality in the country.

The policy of MOVE is to conduct the activities honorably and ethically, in the illumination of public accountability and consistency with applicable laws, rules, guidelines and practices to non-governmental agencies.                         
 MOVE Welfare Organization has been founded in 2005 by a group of professionals in health care management. MOVE was registered with Ministry of Economy (Reg. No. 45) & signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Ministry of Public Health on 21.11.2005 (MoU No. 05). Since January 2011, STEP Health and Development Organization Merged with MOVE Welfare Organization and working as on entity under the name of MOVE Welfare Organization.

1. Act according MOVE organization policies and procedures.
2. Develop spirit of cooperation and understanding among members of program.
3. Responsible to plan , implement ,supervise  RH component services  of BPHS  in HFs and CBHC program. 
4. To understand the verification of HF performance system and its importance for quality improvement and staff salary adjustment and payments.
5. Responsible for monitoring and verification of data in specified indicators.
6. To ensure implementation of national standard related to Reproductive Health and Emergency Obstetric Care in all HFs .
7. To ensure monthly and quarterly supervision of Health facilities RH services.
8. To build up common awareness  of the communities on main morbidity, STDs and HIV/AIDs.
9. To support the supplementation of micronutrient in for target groups.
10. To develop  appropriate referral system from the community to health facilities and from health facilities to higher level centers for complicated cases.
11. Training need assessment of F.MDs and Midwives regarding its knowledge and skill on MCH and BEOC
12. To design and implement skills upgrade trainings base on need, and provide on the job training and refresher course for related staff.
13. Active participation in Planning  and conduct trainings for F.MDs and Midwives about MCH.
14. Liaise with RH officer of PHD and NGOs to ensure good coordination regarding MCH services.
15. To prepare  RH monthly, quarterly and annually reports.
16. Assist organizing supply system of related clinics such as supply of medicine, equipment’s.
17. Do whatever related job is delegated by the supervisor.

🔹 Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in MD

🔹 Experience:

• MD with minimum one year of relevant working experience.

🔹 Key Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, managerial, and conflict resolution skills.

• Excellent communication skills with a good understanding of local community dynamics.

• Proficiency in English, Dari, and Pashto languages (spoken and written).

• Strong negotiation skills in multicultural and multilingual environments.
