Job Description:
- Implement and administer the office network according to HQ Field IT Policies and Procedures
- Install, configure, implement and troubleshoot Windows Infrastructure systems, specifically (Active Directory, Mail Server, CA, WDS, WSUS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Quick Book ,Print Server ,File Server)
- Responsible to provide 2nd level technical support to our internal mission-critical servers such as (Active Directory, Mail Server, CA, WDS, WSUS, DNS, DHCP, GPO, Quick Book, Print Server ,File Server)
- Direct interface between IT Department and End Users in Telephonic, Electronic Communication
- Manage physical Inspection and installation of Servers ,Racks, Storage Libraries, Q-NAP Storage, RAID and Spare part
- Maintains Network performance by Performing Network Monitoring and Analysis , troubleshooting Network Problems and Escalating the Problem to Vendor.
- Administer and Support overall IT Operation, Security and Performance of IT Network Infrastructure
- Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity
- Implement and enforce security on the network and prevent misuse of the IT resources
- Repetitive audit of network security and communication redundancy and performance
- Provide 24/7 Support for Critical Situation
- Any other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, higher will be an advantage
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Information Technology
- Experience in project management will be considered as asset.
- Excellent Technical knowledge of network and PC hardware
- Excellent trouble shooting knowledge.
- Extensive experience in reporting and knowledge of major donor rules
- Good Knowledge of working with Layer 2/3/4 Cisco Devices such Switches, Routers, Sophos Firewalls, WBR
- Good Knowledge of Virtualization Technology including Hyper-V and VmWare ESXi
- Good Knowledge of Routing Technology (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NAT)
- Good Knowledge of VLAN, VTP, Spanning-tree Protocol
- Good Knowledge of Cisco PABX System
- Good Knowledge of Mikrotik Technology
- Good Knowledge of CCTV Technologies (HikVision, Scout and Dahua)
- Good Knowledge of Zektco Biotime Services
- Good Knowledge of Dell Servers including Physical Installation and Maintenance
- Languages: Proficiency in both national languages and Excellent communication skills in English is required.
- The incumbent must be Punctual, reliable and have strong communication skill
- Self-Motivated, Quick learner with a positive attitude
