The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) is a member-based solidarity organization that has been working in support and solidarity with the Afghan people for more than 35 years. NAC works in the following sectors: Education, Gender and Human Rights, Governance and Civil Society, Health, Food Security, Job Creation, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation. NAC’s vision is that NAC shall contribute to an Afghanistan free of poverty where equality, democracy, human rights and respect serve as the bases for political action and development.

The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) has a zero tolerance of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) both within the organization and of beneficiaries. Prevention of and protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) is the individual and collective responsibility of all NAC officers, management, staff, consultants, and volunteers, who are all required to familiarize themselves with, agree to, and act in accordance with NAC’s Ethical Guidelines and Commitment, NAC Child Protection Policy, and NAC PSEAH Policy, at all times – both during and outside working hours – and participate actively in introductory and refresher trainings. Any breaches of PSEAH clauses in NAC’s policies, guidelines, and/or commitments will lead to immediate termination and possible legal actions.

توزیع ادویه برای تمام مریضان مطابق نسخه داکتر معالج

نگهداری ثبت ادویه در مرکز صحی

تنظیم و برابر نمودن ستاک ادویه

برابر نمودن راپورهای ماهوار با در نظرداشت بیلانس ستاک

تجزیه و تحلیل راپورهای ماهوار و سه ماهه فارمسی

توصیه دوز ادویه برای مریضان

به عهده داشتن مسئولیت نګهداری مصئون ادویه در مرکز صحی

تهیه نمودن انتی سپتیک ها به فیصدی های مختلف در مرکز صحی

درخواست نمودن ادویه قبل از اینکه ادویه در مرکز صحی ختم ګردد

توضیح دادن در مورد عوارض جانبی ادویه جات و عوارض گرفتن دواها بصورت خودسر برای مریض ها و مریضداران

نظارت نمودن از ادویه و 6 ماه قبل از اینکه تاریخ دوا ختم ګردد و ارسال راپور آن به دفتر مرکزی

اجرای وظایف  اضافی نظر به ضرورت که از طرف مقامات ذیصلاح و سوپروایزر مربوطه برایشان داده میشود

رعایت معیارات، نظم و اخلاق طبابت

الزامات آشنایی با زبان‌ها، در صورت نیاز

 تسلط به زبان های رسمی کشور ( دری و پشتو)  و آشنائی به زبان انگلیسی

شایستگی‌های مورد نیاز

شرایط استخدام (سطح تحصیلی و تجربه کاری)

داشتن سند تحصیلی فارمسی / دواسازی تایید شده توسط وزارت محترم صحت عامه

داشتن حد اقل 3 سال تجربه کاری کلینیکی

داشتن مهارت افهام وتفهیم

کاندیدان باید باشنده‌گان محلی باشند
