The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) is a member-based solidarity organization that has been working in support and solidarity with the Afghan people for more than 35 years. NAC works in the following sectors: Education, Gender and Human Rights, Governance and Civil Society, Health, Food Security, Job Creation, Disaster Risk Reduction and Climate Change Adaptation. NAC’s vision is that NAC shall contribute to an Afghanistan free of poverty where equality, democracy, human rights and respect serve as the bases for political action and development.

The Norwegian Afghanistan Committee (NAC) has a zero tolerance of sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (SEAH) both within the organization and of beneficiaries. Prevention of and protection from sexual exploitation, abuse, and harassment (PSEAH) is the individual and collective responsibility of all NAC officers, management, staff, consultants, and volunteers, who are all required to familiarize themselves with, agree to, and act in accordance with NAC’s Ethical Guidelines and Commitment, NAC Child Protection Policy, and NAC PSEAH Policy, at all times – both during and outside working hours – and participate actively in introductory and refresher trainings. Any breaches of PSEAH clauses in NAC’s policies, guidelines, and/or commitments will lead to immediate termination and possible legal actions.

وظایف و مسئولیت‌های عمده

دادن مشوره های صحي ازقبیل مشوره های تغذی ،رواني ، HIV/AIDS و سایر امراض مراقبتي به مراجعین نیازمند بشکل انفرادي وگروپي مطابق رهنمود های موجود

حفظ محرمیت و اسرار مراجعین/مریضان

حصول اطمینان از مصئون بودن مکان مشوره دهي

تنظیم و راهنمايي مراجعین/ مریضان به شعبات مربوطه

انجام مراقبت‌های نرسنگ در سرویس مربوط (زرقیات مصئون، چک علایم حیاتی، تطبیق بموقع هدایت دوایی، پانسمان، تطبیق کتیترها، رژیم غذایی و ثبت  intake & out put مطابق ستندرد ها و رهنمود ها

انجام خدمات نرسنگ سراپا و تریاژ مریضان

اشتراک فعال در راپورهای صبحانه وویزت‌های سرویس مربوط

اشتراک فعال در کنفرانس های مسلکی امور نرسنگ و ارایه حد اقل چهار کنفرانس در سال

اجرای پروسیجر های ضد عفونی سازی، مدیریت مصئون ذباله ها (به تفکیک)، استفاده مناسب از تجهیزات طبی و حفظ و مراقبت آن مطابق رهنمود و طرزالعمل‌ها

معاونت و مراقبت از حفظ‌الصحه شخصی مریض، موجودیت و پاک بودن یونیفورم، روجایی، شیت کمپل، شیت دوشک مریضان، چپرکت، پایه سیروم و میز پهلو

تشریک مساعی در پاکی و صفایی سرویس (اطاق مریضان، دهلیز، تشناب ها، کلکین ها، دروازه هاو تجیهزات طبی و غیر طبی)

ارائه گزارش ماهوار، ربعوار، سالانه و عندالضرورت از فعالیت ها و دست آورد های مربوطه، و ارائه آن به شخص محصول

توضیح دادن در مورد عوارض جانبی ادویه جات و عوارض گرفتن دواها بصورت خودسر برای مریض ها و مریضداران

رعایت معیارات، نظم و اخلاق طبابت

همکاری با محصلین انستیتوت

الزامات آشنایی با زبان‌ها، در صورت نیاز

تسلط به زبان های رسمی کشور ( دری و پشتو)  و آشنائی به زبان انگلیسی

تجربۀ کاری و درجه تحصیل

فارغ رشته نرسنگ یکی از انستیتیوت های راجستر شده

داشتن حد اقل 3 سال تجربه کاری مرتبط

داشتن مهارت افهام وتفهیم

کاندیدان باید باشنده‌گان محلی باشند
